About the Role
We are seeking a Dynatrace Engineer based in Richardson, TX, to join our team in an onsite capacity. This role is critical for maintaining the visibility and reliability of our infrastructure through advanced observability practices.
In this position, you will serve as the primary owner of our Dynatrace SaaS environment. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing and optimizing existing dashboards to ensure stakeholders have clear insights into system performance. You will be responsible for configuring comprehensive monitoring solutions and defining business flows to track key operational metrics. Additionally, you will manage the creation of intelligent alerts and handle associated tickets to ensure rapid response to any anomalies.
To succeed in this role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with DQL/Grail queries, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript will be essential for scripting and automation tasks. While deep knowledge of Splunk and log analytics is required, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD, as well as cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, will be highly beneficial.
