As a Software Engineer within the Development family, you will be responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications and software solutions. This role goes beyond simple coding; it involves research, prototyping, re-engineering, and maintenance of software products used both internally and externally. You will work closely with business partners and external clients to define requirements and implement solutions that solve complex business problems.
In this position, you will specialize in planning, documenting technical requirements, and designing systems that prioritize reliability, data integrity, and scalability. You will partner with architects, product managers, and end-users to enhance existing software systems, proposing and recommending innovative solutions. Your day-to-day will involve leading technical processes, collaborating with infrastructure partners to deploy optimal hosting environments, and driving new technical and business process improvements. You will also manage the software development process, estimate project costs, and ensure that all applications meet strict performance, privacy, and security requirements.
