As a Lead Java Full Stack Developer, you will join our technology team at a leading retail bank to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade custom microservice applications. This role is critical for driving technical excellence on mission-critical initiatives, such as invoice automation platforms. You will lead end-to-end development efforts using modern Java technologies and the Angular framework, while mentoring junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. Your day-to-day involves conducting technical design sessions, creating architectural documentation, and performing application performance tuning. You will also play a key role in implementing CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps practices, and ensuring that security best practices and compliance standards are met within highly regulated environments.

Experience with IBM MQ or other message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Experience with Spring Cloud components (Config Server, Eureka, Zuul/Gateway). Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security. Experience with test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma). Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Understanding of API management platforms (Rest/Informatica). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with banking/financial services applications.
