The Senior Director of Program & Portfolio Governance serves as a strategic leader within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Operational Strategy and Enablement function. This position is critical for driving program execution excellence and ensuring robust portfolio governance across GTS and its led strategic initiatives. The role acts as a strategic advisor to the GTS Leadership Team, guiding decisions on portfolio priorities, execution trade-offs, and value realization.
This role ensures a seamless alignment between strategic objectives, business priorities, and operational execution. You will partner closely with Process & Service Excellence (PSE) and Adoption & Change Enablement (ACE) leaders to facilitate timely, effective portfolio decisions and program delivery. The position focuses on two core capabilities: Program Enablement & Delivery (PED) and Portfolio Management & Governance (PMG), establishing centers of expertise and fostering communities of practice to drive the adoption of best practices across the enterprise.
