The Senior Director of Sales serves as the strategic commercial leader for Libra Industries' precision CNC machining and engineered manufacturing services. This position is uniquely designed for a technically credible professional who sells manufacturing services rather than capital equipment. The role exists to drive new customer acquisition and strategic account growth within a contract manufacturing platform focused on high-precision components and assemblies.
You will act as the primary interface between our customers and our internal engineering, operations, quality, and program management teams. Success in this role requires engaging a diverse range of stakeholders—from engineering and supply chain leaders to executive decision-makers—at leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. The goal is to position Libra Industries as a long-term manufacturing partner capable of delivering tight tolerances, high reliability, and disciplined program execution across advanced industrial, medical, and life sciences markets.
