About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our Midwest region (IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, SD, WI). This role exists to drive growth by mentoring and managing Sales Engineers and Service Representatives while cultivating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with major accounts. You will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their business goals by delivering the high-quality solutions you can take pride in. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will act as the bridge between our precision product value proposition and the evolving needs of the machine tool industry.
