The Lee Memorial Foundation operates within the Lee Health ecosystem, dedicated to advancing healthcare through strategic philanthropy. This position serves as a strategic partner in identifying, qualifying, and stewarding major donors to Lee Health. You will manage a dynamic portfolio of 125–150 prospects and donors, executing tailored solicitation strategies to secure gifts of $25,000 or more. The role requires close collaboration with senior hospital leadership, physicians, board members, volunteers, and professional advisors to align donor interests with organizational goals.
Working in a metrics and goal-driven environment, you will balance rigorous dollar targets with meaningful face-to-face engagement. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build lasting relationships while effectively coordinating with the Foundation team to identify and cultivate high-value opportunities.
