The Community Outreach Lead will embody the values of Foundation Partners Group and promote its philosophy of providing dignified end-of-life services. Based in the Seattle community, this role serves as the primary face of FPG to referral sources, establishing and growing relationships that demonstrate the practical value and financial prudence of both pre-need and at-need funeral arrangements.
You will drive business development by acting as a liaison between funeral homes and community partners, including hospice, clergy, first responders, and veteran's groups. This position ensures seamless transitions for families requiring funeral services while fostering partnerships aligned with FPG's mission. The role requires a passion for serving others, strong communication skills, and a dedication to creating measurable success through outreach events and collaborative efforts.
This position involves a combination of office work, local travel to meet with partners, and attendance at events. Flexibility is required to accommodate occasional evening or weekend activities.
