The Senior Director, FP&A – Wholesale is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales and profit strategies for our Wholesale channel. This position serves as a pivotal link between data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that sales and profit goals align with the Company's broader business objectives.
In this role, you will manage short-term sales execution while shaping long-term planning. You will oversee the quarterly sales forecast and annual planning processes, translating top-down financial forecasts into actionable annual plans for sales and margin targets. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to partnering with the Chief Sales Officer, Wholesale, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will also play a key role in preparing materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, as well as participating in quarterly earnings call preparations.
This role reports to the SVP, Finance, manages two direct reports, and is based at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid schedule of four days on-site per week.
