Parexel is seeking a highly motivated and creative leader to drive our global events strategy and manage the events team. As the Senior Director of Events and Conferences, you will report directly to the SVP of Marketing & External Communications. This role is essential for connecting Parexel's key stakeholders with live programs, thought leadership, and content that engages, educates, and inspires participants worldwide.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and management of high-quality events designed to drive organizational goals, including lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and brand building. Success in this position requires a solutions-oriented approach, proactively anticipating issues and integrating creative strategies to develop compelling, world-class experiences that advance Parexel's mission.
In this capacity, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events reflect Parexel's identity and strategic priorities. You will lead structured post-event debriefs to synthesize performance insights and attendee feedback into actionable recommendations, while also managing production flows, budgets, and risk mitigation for complex, large-scale conferences.
