In this role, you will lead the AI Business Solutions team within Healthcare, acting as the voice of the customer and partner. You will mobilize resources across the Customer Success Unit (CSU) and the broader Microsoft organization to solve complex challenges, ensuring that highly impactful customers are prepared for operational readiness and business success.
As a Senior Director, you will drive the acceleration of AI adoption within healthcare environments. Your focus is on translating emerging AI capabilities—including copilots, agents, and data/AI platforms—into scalable, real-world use cases across clinical and non-clinical workflows. You will guide your team to move beyond experimentation toward operationalized AI solutions that deliver measurable economic and patient impact.
This role requires navigating complex healthcare ecosystems, managing data sensitivities, and integrating with systems such as Electronic Health Records. You will set the foundation for new cross-solution opportunities for Consumption, Usage, and Unified expansion at scale. By leveraging market insights and demand signals, you will partner with leadership to identify relevant areas for growth and drive the direction of internal virtual teams and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for people management, driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of learning, coaching, and technical readiness, ensuring your team models Microsoft's values and practices while serving as an industry-leading expert.
