Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer to serve the Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This role is critical to driving the development of complex electronic and electrical systems, ensuring they meet rigorous operational and functional requirements from concept through flight maturity.
In this position, you will lead customer engagements to define system requirements and translate them into robust architectures, hardware designs, and software specifications. You will oversee supplier performance to ensure seamless system integration and compliance. Beyond design, you will solve complex problems across the entire product lifecycle, research emerging technologies for business application, and guide technology investment recommendations. This role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you bridge the gap between high-level requirements and tangible engineering solutions in a high-stakes defense environment.

Experience with designing secure architectures, implementing cryptographic protocols, secure boot processes, firmware validation, and secure communications. Experience with Open Architecture Standards, such as SOSA. Experience with Mezzanine Card Utilization, such as XMC. Experience with 3U/6U FPGAs, GPU, and CPUs.
