Vestas is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, renewable energy integration, utility interconnection, or grid compliance; Comprehensive understanding of inverter-based resources (IBRs) and renewable plant modeling; Experience with NERC, IEEE, and ISO/RTO grid codes; and Proficiency with PSCAD / EMTP, PSS/E or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
