Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Proficiency with PSCAD / EMTP, PSS/E or DIgSILENT PowerFactory. Experience in utility, ISO/RTO, OEM, or renewable development environments. Experience modeling hybrid power plants (wind + solar + BESS). Familiarity with EMT-to-RMS model validation or ride-through testing. Proficient technical writing skills for regulatory and compliance documentation. Participation in industry groups (IEEE, NERC, CIGRE, etc.).
