The USA CIB Senior Data Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a pivotal link between complex data and strategic financial decision-making. In this role, you will manage processes and projects within the FP&A structure, with a strong emphasis on data automation, analytics enablement, and modern BI tools. You will not only build robust reporting solutions but also influence FP&A policies and practices to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Your day-to-day involves designing and maintaining end-to-end reporting pipelines, from raw data ingestion to executive-level dashboards. You will enhance the financial understanding of business lines by creating Power BI dashboards, analytical models, and data transformations using SQL and Power Query. As a subject matter expert, you will provide functional and technical guidance on data modeling and BI architecture, while also mentoring lower-level professionals to adopt best practices in automation and analytics. Through data-driven storytelling, you will deliver well-analyzed financial forecasts and recommendations that support the business's strategic direction and budget.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Economics. 3+ Years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience in the Banking or Financial Services Industry. Spanish language proficiency. Experience in Power BI and database administration (Azure, Snowflake, DB Admin).
Skills: SQL, Dax, Python, Powerpoint, Excel, Power Bi, Power Query, DBT, Azure, Snowflake.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field required; Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
