About the Role
As a Senior Counsel, Vendor Management and Contracting, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Company's Procurement team and a key member of the Corporate Legal team. Your primary mission is to negotiate all vendor contracts for the Company, including complex agreements that support critical aspects of our operations.
You will be viewed as a trusted partner by the business, providing strategic advice and counsel while serving as the go-to resource for contract-related questions and processes. A significant part of your day will involve continuously improving and implementing vendor contracting processes, including the assessment and integration of AI tools into contract management workflows.
