About the Role

The Senior Counsel, Vendor Management and Contracting will serve as a strategic partner to the Company's Procurement team and a key member of the Corporate Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating all vendor contracts for the Company, including complex agreements that support key aspects of our operations. You will provide strategic advice to business partners, acting as a trusted resource for contract-related questions and processes. The role also involves continuously improving vendor contracting workflows and assessing AI tools to enhance contract management.

You will report directly to the Associate General Counsel. This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are required for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
