Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in national security, health care, and information technology. We employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.
The Senior Consultant supports VHA's mission to plan, engineer, and implement enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives aligned with the VA Secretary and Undersecretary's priorities. This role requires an agile approach to leading multiple, concurrent initiatives that evolve in response to the needs of VHA and Veterans. Much of the work is complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous, frequently driven by emerging healthcare priorities, policy changes, and Presidential or Congressional mandates.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and VHA stakeholders, collaborating across VHA program offices and field operations to define shared goals and manage competing priorities. The position demands a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to deliver integrated solutions within optimized platforms of care delivery, often adapting quickly as priorities shift.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
Work model: On-site
