About the Role

The Senior Consultant, Client Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to state and local education agencies across the Pacific Northwest. This role is designed for a professional who can lead complex client engagements that seamlessly integrate strategy, operations, and technology-enabled solutions. You will act as a bridge between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery resources, translating business and policy needs into clear functional requirements.

A core differentiator of this position is the ability to manage large, complex, and often custom technology implementations, including enterprise platforms and data systems that support regulatory and educational outcomes. While the role is primarily remote, it requires a strong professional reputation within the region and the ability to travel as needed to support clients and growth initiatives. Ideally, the successful candidate will reside in Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR.

Approximately 20-25% of your focus will be dedicated to driving revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, expand existing engagements, and lead proposal development efforts, leveraging your delivery work to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
