Our Education team provides consulting services and technology solutions to schools, school districts, and state education agencies. About the Role

The Senior Consultant, Client Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to state and local education agencies across the Pacific Northwest. This role is designed for a leader who can integrate strategy, operations, and technology-enabled solutions to drive complex client engagements. While the position focuses on delivering high-impact consulting services, it uniquely combines delivery excellence with a significant revenue growth component (20-25% of the role's focus), requiring the ability to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

A core differentiator of this position is the expectation to lead and manage large, complex, and often custom technology implementations. You will act as a bridge between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery resources, translating business and policy needs into functional requirements. The role demands a professional with a strong reputation in the region who can navigate regulatory landscapes while ensuring solutions enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.

While primarily a remote role, success in this position requires residing within the Pacific Northwest (ideally Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR) and being available to travel as needed to support clients, implementations, and growth initiatives.
