As a Senior Construction Manager for Power Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale power projects that enable reliable and scalable data center operations. Your leadership will be central to driving consistent execution across power development projects, translating development requirements and contractual obligations into disciplined, on-the-ground construction.
In this senior, individual contributor role, you will oversee complex power infrastructure activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards while maintaining control of schedule and budget performance. You will engage with developers, contractors, and internal partners to proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating risks that could impact delivery. By applying strong technical judgment and a proactive leadership approach, you will help ensure power infrastructure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in support of the organization's long-term operational reliability and growth.
This is a remote opening with a requirement for 25% travel per month, though this may increase to 50% at times. The role involves regular site visits to validate progress, coordination, safety, and quality.
