As a Project Manager, you will work as part of the Project Team to assist with the development of scope and schedule while managing the approved budget. Your primary focus will be on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will be expected to manage multiple projects at one time in various phases of development, meeting or exceeding established goals including speed to market, data quality, and budget. This role involves supporting team and client initiatives for process improvement and personal career development while tracking project financials and schedule reported status regularly.

Experience in construction management or real estate. Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation. Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts. Project Management experience in construction, commercial real estate, and MEP infrastructure. Experience with PDS technology applications for assigned projects. Knowledge of accounts receivables management and working capital requirements. Understanding of risk management plans and work authorization processes. Experience with vendor management and compliance with project policies and procedures.
