We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Associate Vice President to lead our transit and rail infrastructure efforts from our Dallas, Texas office. This role is pivotal in supporting both regional and nationwide pursuits, bridging the gap between technical design excellence and strategic business growth.
In this position, you will serve as the primary leader for multidisciplinary transit and rail projects, guiding track and rail design teams through plan production and specification development. Your day will involve overseeing project execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and profitability while managing complex relationships with key transit agencies and rail clients such as Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Trinity Metro, and BNSF Railway. Beyond project delivery, you will actively cultivate client relationships, lead proposal strategies, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of performance excellence.
This role is based in our Dallas, TX location, operating out of a Class A office space. The office features a state-of-the-art gym at no cost, covered parking, and a food court, providing a modern environment for collaboration and productivity.
