This position focuses on the completion of new horizontal wells utilizing multiple stage water-fracs. The role is designed to drive operational excellence by writing completion procedures and developing innovative methods to improve completion operations. You will optimize stimulation costs and horizontal fracs regarding stage work and stimulation design, while supervising field consultants and conducting field studies to evaluate completion techniques, frac design, and implementation.
The position requires working within a highly innovative, fast-paced environment where priorities frequently change. Success in this role depends on the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplined setting with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the company. You will also engage in reservoir engineering tasks alongside your core responsibilities.
This position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
