About the Location
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions, and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility, which opened in 2014, accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. Located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45 (I-45), the campus is approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.

About the Role
The Reservoir Analytics role leverages advanced data science techniques and Reservoir Engineering experience to analyze, model, and optimize the Midland Basin development program. You will work closely with the integrated development team—including Reservoir, Geoscience, Analysts, and Leadership—to enhance development decision quality and efficiency through data-driven insights and workflows. This position is designed for those who wish to own end-to-end analytics, from problem framing and data acquisition to workflow development, deployment, and adoption into the development process.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- verified5+ years experience in a technical role
- verifiedUpstream development experience
- verifiedExperience with Python, Databricks, core ML libraries, data engineering and ML Ops fundamentals
Nice to Have
Unconventional and/or Permian Basin development experience. Upstream Subsurface or engineering experience with strong data and programming skills.
