10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA, backed by $50M+ from leading venture and celebrity investors. Our mission is to build the world's first fully autonomous manicure machine. We have already pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to iconic American brands like Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.
As of November 2025, we have successfully launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett. We are a fast-growing organization of 50+ people with deep robotics experience, dedicated to putting 'beauty robotics' on the map.
As our first Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer, you will own the design and development of the scalable data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and warehouse architecture that power our analytics, operational reporting, and future AI/ML initiatives. This is a foundational opportunity to shape how data flows throughout the organization from the ground up.
You will work cross-functionally with software, robotics, operations, and product teams to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable. In this role, you will generate real-world operational data from cutting-edge autonomous robotic technology, solving complex infrastructure challenges in a fast-paced environment. Your work will have a direct impact on company-wide decision-making and the scaling of our data platform.
We invite you to apply if you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to drive technical architecture decisions. We appreciate diversity and welcome candidates who bring fresh perspectives and skills to our team.
10Beauty is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
