The Commercial Loan Administration Specialist is a pivotal member of our Business Financial Services Department. This role exists to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our commercial loan and deposit operations. You will be the backbone of our loan lifecycle, managing everything from initial file maintenance and documentation to final closing and post-funding servicing.
In this position, you will navigate the complexities of commercial lending, working closely with branch teams, borrowers, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions. Your day will involve a mix of detailed administrative work and strategic oversight, ensuring that every loan file meets strict underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards. From coordinating fund disbursements to perfecting loan collateral, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our commercial portfolio while supporting our members' financial needs.
