We are seeking a seasoned commercial insurance professional to serve as the lead relationship manager for a substantial, multi-million dollar commercial portfolio. This role focuses on mid-to-large market accounts across a diverse range of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, distribution, and staffing firms.
The position is designed for a consultative, client-facing expert who thrives on retaining, expanding, and servicing a complex book of business. You will manage the full lifecycle of account servicing, from renewals and carrier negotiations to policy delivery and documentation. Success in this role requires collaborating closely with internal marketing and placement teams to develop high-value strategies for challenging renewals and remarketing efforts.
This is a hybrid position based in Suffolk County with a flexible schedule. The role requires in-office attendance only on a monthly basis, allowing for significant remote flexibility while maintaining strong local client connections.
