About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned commercial insurance professional to serve as the lead relationship manager for a substantial, multi-million dollar commercial portfolio. This role focuses on mid-to-large market accounts across a diverse range of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, distribution, and staffing firms.
The position is designed for a consultative, client-facing expert who thrives on retaining, expanding, and servicing complex insurance needs. You will manage the full lifecycle of account servicing, from renewals and carrier negotiations to policy delivery and documentation. Success in this role requires collaborating closely with internal marketing and placement teams to develop high-value strategies while effectively utilizing administrative support to handle routine transactional workflows.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Suffolk County. The work model is designed for flexibility, requiring in-office attendance only on a monthly basis.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of commercial lines experience
