As a Gensler Project Accountant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Studio Directors, ensuring the fiscal health of assigned projects throughout their entire lifecycle. From initial due diligence through client invoicing and collections, you will partner closely with the team to manage fee structures, revenue planning, and recognition. Your work bridges the gap between financial data and business strategy, allowing you to communicate the story behind the numbers while maintaining rigorous accounting standards.

You will not only manage day-to-day financial tasks but also lead initiatives such as Finance 101 meetings and consultant coordination. By maintaining accurate project budgets and reconciling complex accounts, you will help drive the firm's operational excellence and support its commitment to delivering best-in-class design.
At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design. Our offices reflect our teams' diverse interests through curated art exhibits, internal design competitions, hackathons, and "Well-being Week." We encourage our employees to lead healthy, balanced lives and view professional development as a strategic investment in our future, offering reimbursement for licenses, exam fees, and eligible tuition programs.
We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with technology and seeks ways to achieve better results through new processes. If you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage different personality types, we want to hear from you. Please ensure your references speak to the quality of your work and your personal contributions to business performance and organizational culture.
