As a Senior Clinic RN in Hematology Oncology, you will be at the forefront of compassionate, specialized care, supporting patients through some of their most challenging journeys. In this position, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. You will facilitate care coordination by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Beyond direct patient care, you will serve in a coaching and mentoring role to staff while functioning as a working member of the department. Your actions will reflect the organization's core values, ensuring efficiency through active participation in quality assurance, process improvement, and infection control initiatives.

Provider ACLS certification (American Heart Association). Provider PALS certification (American Heart Association). National Certification in the area of clinical practice. 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience, with preference for experience in a specialty clinic.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, or Associate's with 4 years experience; Associate's Degree in Nursing with 4 years RN experience.
