As a Registered Nurse, you will be an important member of our interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care through direct interpersonal contact. Your mission is to provide care and services that allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
In this role, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. On a daily basis, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs while implementing and interpreting departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Success in this position requires excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to concentrate, use reasoning skills, and exercise good judgment while functioning productively within the team.
