About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will be an important member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact. Your mission is to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
You will be comfortable working in skilled nursing, long-term care, and dementia units. Your day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in a patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring a cohesive and high-standard approach to patient care.
