About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager specializing in Skilled Nursing to oversee operations across multiple units at a facility in Fairview, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will serve as the RN Supervisor for evening shifts, managing floor nurses, LPNs, and CNAs. You will be the primary resource for the building, responsible for monitoring changes in resident conditions, addressing resident issues, scheduling outside services, and coordinating with physicians or NPs to meet resident needs.
The successful candidate will bring a deep familiarity with hospital or skilled nursing operational procedures. You will manage residents with long-term care, skilled, rehabilitation, and dementia diagnoses, ensuring high standards of care while maintaining a supportive environment for your team.
