About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals in our San Diego office. This role is designed for a technical mind with over twelve years of experience, ready to apply engineering expertise to a variety of challenging projects.
You will partner with a multi-discipline design team to guide projects from entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and administration. Beyond technical execution, you will lead design efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff. The position offers a collaborative environment where you can foster long-term client relationships and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
