The Senior Case Manager serves as a leader and mentor within our shelter case management services, dedicated to maximizing resident safety and connecting individuals to essential support systems. In this role, you will supervise Case Managers, ensuring standards are met while actively discussing solutions to overcome resident barriers. You will facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to address complex challenges, conduct comprehensive client assessments, and develop cost-effective care plans. Beyond direct client advocacy and counseling, you will play a key role in training, file audits, and the continuous improvement of our service processes. This position requires a professional who can analyze situations with independent judgment, maintain detailed records, and work tactfully with diverse cultural and ethnic groups.
