About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to grow and implement the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) – a comprehensive framework designed to pull production readiness forward in the product lifecycle and enable effective scale. This role is for those excited to mature existing business processes, identify gaps with cross-functional stakeholders, and deploy internal resources, templates, and tools to integrate MDP into the daily workflow of Manufacturing Engineering teams.

You will serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences, articulating manufacturing readiness and synthesizing complex engineering risks for decision-makers. The successful candidate will balance standardization with flexibility, creating tactical resources like job guides and process flowcharts that make business processes interpretable and actionable across diverse product lines, from commercial to federal contracts.
