Carfair Composites, a key part of our organization, is a leader in fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) design and composites technology. Our dedicated team members are located across facilities in Winnipeg (Canada), St. Cloud, Anniston, and Wausaukee (USA), as well as Gillett, Wisconsin.

About the Role

As the Manufacturing Manager for our Gillett facility, you will serve as the strategic leader for our manufacturing operations. This role exists to drive business goals by planning production schedules, overseeing daily manufacturing activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in developing policies and procedures that increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production challenges.

In this position, you will not only manage long-term manufacturing strategies but also actively improve throughput and internal processes to reduce overall costs and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead, manage, and develop manufacturing personnel, from production staff to line workers, while collaborating with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing optimal manufacturing processes, designing plant layouts, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
