About the Role
Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our fabric production operations across all shifts. This role is designed to drive cost efficiency, reduce waste, and increase labor productivity while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement, ready to partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support equipment upgrades and capacity growth.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead daily fabric manufacturing operations across all shifts
- check_circleDrive improvements in cost per yard, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency
- check_circleMonitor and manage KPIs to identify issues and implement solutions
- check_circleEnsure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements
- check_circlePartner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
- check_circleLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- check_circleBuild and develop high-performing teams through coaching and training
- check_circleEnsure proper staffing, cross-training, and shift coordination
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)
- verified5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with Lean manufacturing (Six Sigma preferred)
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field. Six Sigma certification or experience.
