Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the Role

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will serve as a catalyst for operational excellence within the plant. Your mission is to design sustainable systems and build robust operational standards that elevate performance across the facility. By embedding consistency and strengthening operational discipline, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives long-term success.

In this role, you will act as both a strategist and a coach. You will lead structured problem-solving activities to address complex challenges, translating technical issues into clear recommendations and documented standards. Your day-to-day involves facilitating cross-functional project meetings from scoping to validation, ensuring measurable improvements in cost, yield, and throughput. You will also support digital transformation initiatives to enhance communication and action tracking, while coaching operators, leads, and supervisors on the tools and standard work necessary to maintain high performance.
