About the Role
This position is designed to source, identify, and develop opportunities to create and enhance the profitability of Plains' existing pipeline and terminals midstream business within a specific region of Pipeline Systems. The role encompasses capital projects, asset optimization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and broader business development activities. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational execution to drive growth across the network.

Requirements
