The Senior Business Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to the Senior Management team, driving the evaluation, design, and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes, and information systems. In this lead role, you will own the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, developing and maintaining business strategies, project dashboards, and performance metrics for key categories and initiatives.
You will act as a subject matter expert, conducting deep-dive research and analysis to gauge business value. Your work involves tracking category and program performance, monitoring market trends, and applying statistical methods to translate complex data into actionable insights for the retail environment.
Your day is a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will define business needs, establish requirements, and assess the impact of new initiatives on the broader organization. As a technical leader, you will guide project work teams, selecting members, providing training, and evaluating performance to ensure objectives are met. While the role requires significant time analyzing vast amounts of detailed data and building dashboards, it also involves frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and Officer-level stakeholders to negotiate priorities and persuade on strategic directions.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and proven success in handling multiple projects with competing deadlines. The role requires a candidate who can assimilate extensive data, analyze it effectively, and communicate findings clearly.

Experience building Tableau dashboards. Experience building SQL queries in Google BigQuery or other platforms. Prior experience in the application of research findings to the retail environment, brand management or category management. Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and modeling.
