About the Role

Data can change the world. Trane Technologies seeks an experienced Data Manager to lead a diverse group of data engineers and analysts supporting data science, advanced analytics, and self-service teams. In this role, you will bring an innovative approach to data as we accelerate our data and analytics capabilities.

As a "player/coach," you will provide technical thought leadership to the team while maintaining hands-on involvement when needed. You will partner with enterprise IT to ensure alignment with overall data architecture and proactively engage with business leaders to prioritize data product development. Your work will directly influence how we structure data to support sophisticated Tableau dashboards and machine learning models, ensuring meaningful analysis of Residential data.

Work Environment

This role is based in Minneapolis, MN; Davidson, NC; or Tyler, TX. The work model balances collaboration and flexibility: Monday through Thursday, you will work onsite with your colleagues, while Fridays offer the choice of your work location to balance work requirements.
