About the Role

The Data Science Sr. Manager - GenBI serves as a strategic bridge between continuous data science research and the evolving needs of the business. In this role, you will lead a team of data scientists, ensuring their efforts drive business profitability, increased efficiencies, and an improved customer experience. You will harmonize technical innovation with commercial reality, leveraging your business knowledge and network to identify high-impact opportunities for data science solutions.

A key part of your day involves providing executive summaries to all levels of the organization and leading collaboration between Data Science Managers to align strategies and effectively manage talent. You will foster a supportive environment where best practices and world-class techniques are leveraged to solve complex business problems, while also advocating for the team's capabilities and needs to internal customers and cross-functional partners.
