This position serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, dedicated to uncovering personal banking needs for both individual and small business customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering appropriate solutions and connecting clients to specialists to deepen relationships through platform services. The role focuses on supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities while providing exceptional client care.
A key part of your day involves proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and conducting consistent follow-up routines to ensure their unique life priorities are met. You will assist, educate, and train clients on using self-service technologies, leveraging resources to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence. Success in this role requires navigating regulatory requirements while taking the best course of action for both the bank and its clients.
This position is open for the entire market, and the specific Financial Center location will be determined based on business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded. Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology.
