This position serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, dedicated to helping uncover the personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients. You will offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists to deepen relationships through platform services. The role focuses on supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities while providing exceptional client care.
In this role, you will proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines. You will assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies, leveraging available resources to optimize the client experience. Your goal is to help clients navigate their unique life priorities while adhering to established processes, laws, and guidelines to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field. Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded. Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded. Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology.
Skills: Microsoft Applications, Notary Commission.
Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School required; Associate's Degree in business, finance or related field desired; Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field desired.
