Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRepresent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters
- check_circleDraft, review, and edit estate planning documents and probate filings with accuracy
- check_circleManage a full caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high client care standards
- check_circleCommunicate with clients, court staff, and team members with clarity and professionalism
- check_circleGuide clients through planning decisions and convert consultations into engaged clients
- check_circleMentor junior attorneys and support staff to develop legal skills and client care standards
- check_circleParticipate in firm growth through mentoring initiatives, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement
- check_circleAttend networking and marketing events to support the firm's visibility and community presence
Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship
- verifiedCertification to represent clients in Guardianship matters
- verifiedBoard Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law preferred or on track
Nice to Have
Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law (or being on track), additional degrees or certifications (e.g., LLM) in relevant practice areas.
