As a Senior Associate, Subcontractor Relations, you will be a key member of HITT's Legal & Compliance team. Your mission is to support the onboarding, engagement, risk management, and strategic relationship development of HITT's trade partners nationwide. This role is designed to partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a strong, high-performing trade partner network.
You will serve as a subject matter resource for Operations teams, developing and leading initiatives focused on engagement, compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves analyzing performance and risk data to identify trends, maintaining accurate data within compliance systems, and building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external trade partners across multiple departments and regions. You will also lead engagement initiatives, including newsletters, recognition programs, and industry outreach efforts.
This position is based at HITT's headquarters in Falls Church, VA, and supports projects and offices across the country.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Risk Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in construction risk management, subcontractor management, supply chain management, construction operations, or project management. Experience managing relationships with vendors, trade partners, clients, or strategic accounts.
