You will join the Trust and Security Authentication Platforms and Modelling team, one of the most innovative groups within our organization. Here, we leverage user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. The team is dedicated to shaping the future of our products and ensuring ongoing success through deep collaboration across cross-functional partners.
As a Senior Product Associate, you will bridge strategy to execution, blending the operational management of product requirements and releases with value-added capabilities. Your focus will be on ensuring product features are delivered comprehensively in alignment with the CI&A product strategy and objectives.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers to identify new opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends. You will plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience and facilitate problem-solving across teams, factoring in tradeoffs between speed, scalability, quality, and business readiness. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with product and technology partners to effectively manage key dependencies, communicate issues, and allocate resources to the highest priorities.
