The FP&A Tech Strategy Finance team at Capital One drives transparency and strategic insight across the organization's technology function. We partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial implications of new initiatives, ensuring that Capital One's tech investments align with broader business goals and evolving market opportunities.
As a Senior Associate in Strategic Tech Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to the Tech function. Your mission is to develop methodologies and processes that illuminate financial results, allowing the organization to identify and address emerging business issues and opportunities. You will analyze current financial performance to support planning for new initiatives, acting as a bridge between complex data and executive decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to articulate the outcomes of your analysis to senior leadership. You will be responsible for developing compelling presentations that clearly communicate business insights, helping leaders assess the financial impact of various strategic moves. The position requires a strong ability to influence stakeholders and solve problems independently while managing priorities and delegating tasks effectively.
