Senior Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is dedicated to ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and oversight of all merchandising and inventory control activities in adherence to company policies.

As a key leader on the floor, you will work up to 38 hours per week. The role requires a dynamic presence, with physical demands including standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required to succeed in this environment.
